Shipping:

We offer shipping to the Hawaiian islands and mainland via USPS for $20 flat rate. We do not offer international shipping. For heavier items or other Pacific Islands, please give us a call 808-732-5717, and we'll figure out if we can help you.  We also offer in-store pickup at our store at 737 Kapahulu Ave, during regular business hours.

Items will be shipped the next business weekday.

Balls ship deflated

Returns:

Unconditional return: Cleats and gear can be returned within 30 days if they weren't used outside. 

Defective items: We will exchange any gear that breaks within 30 days of purchase in an unexpected way.  

Refunds: Refunds can be requested by contacting us via phone or via email @ [email protected].  Refunds will be processed the next business day to your original payment method.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded. Full payment is required for custom orders.
